1. Acceptance of Terms

By using BTC-ASIA escrow services, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you must not use our services. These terms apply to all users of the BTC-ASIA platform operated by BSTAR ESCROW SERVICES PTE. LTD. (UEN: 202105925E, registered address: 3 Temasek Blvd, #12-07, Suntec Tower One, 038987, Singapore).

2. Service Description

BTC-ASIA is a cryptocurrency escrow platform that acts as an impartial third party between buyers and sellers. We hold funds securely in trust until transaction conditions are met by both parties. We are not a bank, exchange, or wallet service. We do not provide investment advice or financial advisory services. We support a wide range of cryptocurrencies and fiat payment methods. All transactions are subject to blockchain confirmations.

3. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old to use our services. By registering, you represent and warrant that you have the legal capacity to enter into binding contracts. If you are using the service on behalf of a legal entity, you represent that you have the authority to bind that entity.

4. Account Registration and Security

You need to provide a username, email address, and password to create an account. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your password and for all activities under your account. You agree to notify us immediately of any unauthorised use of your account. We are not liable for any loss or damage arising from your failure to protect your login credentials.

5. Escrow Process

When creating an escrow, you specify the amount, currency, terms, and counterparty details. The buyer sends cryptocurrency to a unique payment address generated for the transaction. Once funds are confirmed, the seller delivers the product or service. The buyer has a 72-hour inspection period to verify the delivery. If satisfied, the buyer releases the funds. If there is a problem, either party can open a dispute within the inspection period. Our mediation team reviews the evidence and makes a final and binding decision. 6. Fees

We charge a flat 2% escrow fee, capped at $500. Cancellation before funding is completely free. There are no hidden fees. The fee is deducted from the released amount. We may update our fee structure from time to time with advance notice.

7. Dispute Resolution

Either party may open a dispute while the escrow is in funded status. The buyer has a 72-hour inspection period after the seller confirms delivery. Both parties can submit evidence: communication records, transaction IDs, photos, tracking information, and more. Our mediation team reviews all evidence impartially. Most disputes are resolved within 48-72 hours. The decision is final and binding. By using our service, you agree to abide by our mediation decisions.

8. Prohibited Activities

The following activities are strictly prohibited: (a) illegal transactions, (b) fraud or misrepresentation, (c) attempts to circumvent the escrow process, (d) unauthorised access to systems, (e) money laundering or terrorist financing, (f) intellectual property infringement. Violators will be permanently banned and reported to relevant authorities.

9. Limitation of Liability

BTC-ASIA is not liable for losses resulting from user error, blockchain network issues, smart contract vulnerabilities, third-party service interruptions, or circumstances beyond our reasonable control. Our maximum liability is limited to the amount held in the relevant escrow. While 95% of funds are stored in cold wallets, cryptocurrency transactions carry inherent risk.

10. Privacy

Your privacy is paramount. We collect minimal information necessary: email, username, and cryptocurrency addresses. We do not require KYC verification. We use essential session cookies for authentication only — no tracking or analytics cookies. We do not share your personal information with third parties except as required for payment processing. 11. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts for violations of these terms or illegal activity. You may request deletion of your account at any time by contacting support. Upon termination, you must cease using the service. Pending escrows will be handled according to their existing terms.

12. Changes to Terms

We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance. Material changes will be notified via email. We recommend reviewing this page periodically.

13. Governing Law

These terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Singapore. Any disputes arising out of or in connection with these terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Singapore.
