  • Password: Stored securely using bcrypt hashing. We never have access to your plain-text password.
  • Cryptocurrency addresses: Used for escrow funding and fund release.
  • 4-digit PIN: Stored using SHA-256 hashing, used to authorise sensitive actions.

We do NOT collect: We do not require KYC (Know Your Customer) documentation. We do not collect ID documents, proof of address, selfies, or financial records. We do not use tracking cookies or analytics tools.

  • To send transaction notifications (funding, delivery, dispute, release)

Transaction records are retained as required by applicable laws, which may include anti-money laundering (AML) regulations. Most data will be deleted within 30 days of a deletion request.
